Why the Cheetah?
Cheetah is the fastest mammal on land. In management studies, Professor Saral Mukherjee of IIM-A has brought a great analogy in his book, Elephants and Cheetahs, nicely explaining operational management and suggesting how in the real world, it is rewarding to be a Cheetah rather than an Elephant. Both are majestic in their own ways; however, it is the agility of the Cheetah that makes it flexible to adapt to changing situations.
